Healthy Skin Campaign: Skin Type II

It pains me to think of how I neglected my skin before I started working at Audubon Dermatology (let’s just say I may or may not have washed my face with my body wash!) I have a 5 year old daughter who consumes most of my time in the morning and before bedtime, so I often used that as an excuse as to why I couldn’t have a detailed skincare regimen.

I now take the time to complete my morning and evening regimen, but I truly enjoy doing it because of the results I’ve seen. I didn’t even know I had “bad” skin before now. What I’ve learned is that good skin care is not only about having pretty skin, but having healthy skin as well. So if you don’t have time for a detailed regimen, at least throw on some SPF! Your skin will thank you later.

    Supergoop CC Cream (when I want more coverage)
